Project Sharing with IMPLAN Cloud

You’ve built those custom regions and now you need to share them with your collaborator for a little internal checks and balances. Screenshots are a thing of the past. In the latest release in October, we bring to you the ability to share, and collaborate within, your project(s) with other IMPLAN Cloud subscribers that have the corresponding geographies. Whether you’re working on a project with another IMPLAN user or teaching methodology, this new feature is sure to make your life easier.

Adding a Project to a Folder
Take advantage of folders to get organized! To add a project to a folder, click the ‘Advanced Settings’ menu on the far right side of your project’s row. In the dropdown, select ‘Add to Folder.’ You’ll then be prompted to select a folder. Once you’ve selected and saved your project to your folder, it will no longer display on your main Projects page. It will be displayed only when you navigate within the Parent (or Root) folder. Each folder can have subfolders, allowing you to get as hyper-detailed as you’d like in your organizational structuring.
